Do you see the beauty of the red and blue sky? The feather like, white clouds slowely gliding across the horizon? The red, hot sun gradually setting down behind the mountain?


Close your eyes! Take a deep breath! D'ont move and let the wind play with you hair, carress your face. Embrace the silence. Do you feel revived?


Listen! What do you hear? A bird chirping in a tree? A cat meowing or is it the neighbors dog barking? A frog croaking ?

Can you smell the fragrance of the blooming flowers opening their petals to greet the world,
